Janusz Palarczyk, Managing Director of Bravat, Roman Dietsche and now also of Rational Einbauküchen, sees the acquisition of Rational as a strategic rounding off of the Bravat portfolio: "Bravat has invested heavily in innovative companies in recent years and has put together a complete range of interior design solutions internationally. The only existing gap in the system was the kitchen, which is now being filled with this German premium brand." Rational kitchen brand portfolio also includes the Regina kitchen brand, which is particularly well-known in Austria, and the young trend brand "Mahlzeit by Rational". Janusz Palarczyk not only sees synergies in the home market of Europe, but is also focusing specifically on high-quality contract construction in Asia, where Bravat is well established and wants to score with a complete range complemented by German kitchen design. In future, the Rational Group will operate under the name "Rational Einbauküchen Solutions GmbH".
